An interesting upgrade could be a station wide teleporter network. Once upgraded, your CEO cabin would automatically have a series of two way teleporters be installed leading to important areas of the station.
It could allow instant access to the security room, giving the CEO a second chance if his cabin is being invaded.
Certain elements would need to be balanced, it might be overpowered to allow the CEO to teleport that quickly. This could be balanced by letting the enemy robots teleport also.
It could add an interesting element for hackers, letting them hack the teleporter network and gain instantaneous access into any subsystem in the station.
Thought it could be interesting, let me know your thoughts!

Scenario: CEO goes to security room for safety using the teleporter only to fine a tazer with his/her name on it then gets taken back to the other persons base as a prisoner. GG

Well I've just added a transporter so you can now beam off the station and onto one of your star ships to walk around on and do things on, as well as being able to beam back. So technically if the CEO is in trouble he could beam over to a ship and try and escape to a nearby controlled Outpost.

That should make the game a lot more interesting it also opens up a chance to trap the CEO outside of his base as he attempts to escapes.
