When I host a server the game takes tooooo long to load. Says waiting for other ceo's.... Wth. Please explain this. Thanks

This means that you are waiting for a HUMAN player to join, if you want to just start then adjust the bar that controls CEOs to AI. If you even have 1 CEO, you must wait for them to join before the game will begin.
