CEO fail / executron take over

An option for CEO to step down and promote an executron to CEO..

If CEO chooses to leave game, then an executron ( if any available) will automatically be promoted.

This will help keep games going.. sometimes a game can get long and longer and people don't have alot of time to hang.

YES!!!!! this should have been put in before multiplayer ever came out to be honest the community at the moment is very small and most players seem to only make it about the first 20 minutes if that.
