Research outpost
Once deployed, all you need to research is battleship and the rest of the tech tree remains open after outpost was destroyed or self destruct.
Is this planned?
If so then all I need to do is just research battleship... Self destruct.. turn sector into mining or w/e else.. because my tech tree is still available.
Or is it bugged?
Because mine blew up but was able to still research tech.
This here is what happened in my cap limit bug game as well when I could only build 3 battleships and capped me at 65/50 .. after research station was destroyed.i was able to build the 3 battleships and that's it.
This is multiplayer btw.
I think research station blowing up or change ownership should allow the discontinuing of researching any tech that requires a research outpost.
