Trying to think of a way to capture capital class ships and have possible in-ship battle for control of it, and what I can come up with is....
Starship Assault Pods.. launched from fighter bays at home base, carriers.
Contains a group of 3-5 bots upgraded with whatever you have researched.
Once launched they only board cruiser class and up.. they slam into the side of the ship and attempt to take it over.
Different size capital ships will determine how many of these pods can attach and attempt take-over.
Defending capital ships can have a certain cap of bots to defend such a take over.
If take over fails, and you need to replenish on ship security, head to a repair facility.
As for the pods and what to do with them is.. once slammed into enemy ship and discards it's troops, the pod breaks off and floats are blows up..
