So me and a bunch of guys were throwing around some more idea (out of boredom) Anyways when someone came up with the idea of doing a torment where the winner or winners would get a free copy of EA2 when it comes out. But we wanted to know if you Rob would like to back this idea up or if your just going to say do whatever you want just leave me out of it in which both answer would be acceptable. Also we would love to ask you games out there would you all like to see this kind of event happen or not?

I don't really see the game as being balanced enough for a fair tournament that doesn't end up people just cheesing the stuff you could abuse in the game (spamming rockets, spamming pylons, etc.)

In fact we in the discord have created what is called the stander rules for the game to help even the playing field for everyone. I do like the Idea but with all due respect demolisher some people can spend hours upon hours on this game. Meaning they will look up or know cirtan tactics that dont give the noobs much a fighting chance like me I have 15 hours on this game I can win against a shift supervisor but I dont want to spend my day looking at better ways to win I understand this is a somewhat cool idea and I support it but I would like for there to be more ways to get the game "free" if you know what I mean

Also I'm kinda semi banned from participating in these matches anyways because I'm a ref for them and people tend to get a little nervous when I enter the battle field. |

Alright I'll be setting up a tournament and organizing the whole thing on this discord server here: discord.gg/QUBKPUZ Now once you get onto the server pm me that you want to participate in the tournament and I will give you that role, and when we hit about 48 players and Rob has dropped the 1.2 patch we will book a date then figure the rest out from there as I got a lot of logistics that need to be done. Oh and the winner will get a grand prize of a free copy of EA2 when it comes out(I haven't figure out how I'm going to do that yet but I'll figure something out) |
