Add a rally point please

Please! It's very difficult to differentiate between all ships when zoomed out completely, and when I am microing somewhere else on the map and come back to my base it's a cluster because I can't separate things out

I agree a rallying point from a construction facility would make things more manageable and simple. However, it would not make a difference with the zoom other than at you will know where the ships and or bots have gathered after construction instead of directly at the construction facility.
