I think if you try and go with (could even happen after the game is on steam in Early Ascess) is changing the "zoom" to "aim down sights" which could bring in more FPS players, since FPS players love aim down sights

Do you prefer that in games? well, normally I don't play FPS games, but when I do I love using ADS because it bring more of the feel that you are controlling the gun and overall helps better with aiming as well

I think aiming down sights would be an amazing feature! It would definitely bring true FPS players into the realm of EA and EA2. I know for a fact that a few of my friends would be more willing to play the game if controlling a robot on my team was truly like an fps where you could look down the sights of a gun, aim, and kill another robot. If it's possible to add that, try your best to. It'll be worth it!
Or maybe have it be an option in menus? Or perhaps a different key to aim down sights and another to zoom. Tbh, the zooming always felt like I was waiting for a tech upgrade to be able to look down the sights of my gun. Maybe make the zooming into a binocular type thing?
