Trion, infamous Trion.
We all know it as the amazingly powerful pew-pew gun that it is. Would we perhaps see our beloved base-melter return in EA2? If not as a robot or ship weapon, perhaps as a special CEO gun or a Mechnoid's primary (if such a thing can be customized.)

It's currently not in the game as im simplifying things a little, but can always add in if people want it.

Trion was an interesting thing in the first game when i first found out about it i thought it was something i would never have to use.
I was proved wrong when i found it's great power especially with the artillery version

I mean I'm not expecting for Trion to have a major role in the game. As fun and funny as it would be to destroy everything with the mighty and glorious hand of Trion, a small inclusion is all that's really needed, I don't want to have to create more work for Rob if Trion doesn't fit into the weapon-balance web.

hand of Trion....Sounds interesting, the first image that popped into my head was the Omega Particle from Star Trek Voyager, like floating around in a star system for you to pick up and maybe detonate somewhere.

I tried to watch star trek once by watching a bunch of episodes from all shows and it never hooked my interest Mainly because i like robots pew pew lasers and giant spaceships (why else am i on here then) also the enterprise doesn't look sturdy and i'm always imagining it landing on a planet only for gravity to snap the connecting sections

oh just like star control 2 the ship in that game sends down shuttles to land on planets kill off all life on it and strip it down until there are no more resources left (at least that was what i did)
Also i said that i imagined it landing but i knew it landed using shuttles also i was constantly worried something would hit the connecting sections in a space battle
