For the Monolith Constructor, it works the opposite of an Outpost: it >can not< be built in the circle in the middle. You have to deploy it when it is *not* in the station-designated area.

Oh, huh. Well, whenever I made a monolith, I usually just set it >way< to the side of the area to where it's pretty much almost on top of one of the gateway points or just shy from being out-of-bounds. Though, if you've been trying for over 3 games, I have a feeling you might have tried that as well, so I'm honestly not sure what could be going on there.

No, I just got it wrong. I thought the red area must be free of ships and outposts so I can build the monolith in it.  |
