Bug with cargoships when your dockingbay gets blown up

there is a bug with cargoships once your docking bay gets blown up where the cargoship will refuse to dock with the new dockingbay forceing you to create new cargoships and manually asign them to outposts to get them to bring ore back leaveing your old cargoships useless just floating in space here is video of it occuring aswell as me finding a workaround

I can confirm this is happening as an asteroids field took out my docking bay and left my cargo ships floating in space
